What Is Your Obligation?

Every property owner must:

Be registered with Baltimore City
Have an inspection completed by a licensed, registered home inspector

What Does the Baltimore City Rental Inspection Include?

Who is Exempt?

If you have a ‘program’ tenant (Section 8, etc), you can use the passed Section 8 Inspection Report in lieu of hiring a private contractor for the inspection.

Complete a Carbon Monoxide Alarm Verification

What Does the Baltimore County Rental Inspection Include?
