What Is Your Obligation?
Every property owner must:
- Be registered with Baltimore City
- Have an inspection completed by a licensed, registered home inspector

Who is Exempt?
- If you have a ‘program’ tenant (Section 8, etc), you can use the passed Section 8 Inspection Report in lieu of hiring a private contractor for the inspection.

- Complete a Carbon Monoxide Alarm Verification

What Does the Baltimore County Rental Inspection Include?
